Mr Marek Tymkiewicz
Chairman of the Supervisory Board, appointed 8 April 2003.
Graduate of the AGH University of Science
and Technology in Cracow, Faculty of Materials Engineering
and Ceramics. He also completed postgraduate courses in foreign
trade economics at the Cracow University of Economics. Since
March 2004 he has been the vice-president of the management
board, and the Investment and Ownership Supervision Director
of the listed company Zakłady Magnezytowe Ropczyce S.A., which
is the main shareholder of Mostostal-Energomontaż. Previously
he was vice-president of the management board and Director
for Property Restructuring in Fabryka Aparatury Pomiarowej
“PAFAL” S.A. (Measuring Instruments Factory) in Świdnica. He
also worked as Investment Director in Ballinger Capital Ltd.,
a company which manages the assets of three National Investment
Funds.
Marek Tymkiewicz is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board
of Chrzanowskie Zakłady Materiałów Ogniotrwałych S.A. (Chrzanów
Refractories Plant) and ZM Service Sp. z o.o. (Ltd.), subsidiaries
of ZM Ropczyce Capital Group.
Mr Krzysztof Miąso
Member of the Supervisory Board, appointed 21 September 2001.
Master of Law – solicitor, graduate of
the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. Since 2000
he has been running his own law firm in Ropczyce. He is also
a co-owner of Biuro Art company. Formerly legal advisor to
Abpol ZPChR .
Mr Leon Marciniec
Member of the
Supervisory Board, appointed 28 Juli 2010.
Graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracov, chemist. Since february 2005
he has been the President of the Management Board of ZM Inwest S.A., where he previously worked as
the Managing Director. From 2000 to 2005 he held the position of the President of the Management
Board of ZM Service Sp. z o. o. From 1996 to 2000 he was the President of the Management Board of
the Moto-Hurt Sp. z o. o., and from 1996 to 2000 he was the General Manager of Wytwórnia Filtrów „PZL-Sędziszów”.
